Chef Carla arrived on time, with her food prepped and she created a masterpiece as scheduled and planned. We enjoyed tempura shrimp salad, lobster surf and turf over crab risotto and red velvet cheesecake. It was a surprise for all of our guest and my husband and they were all thoroughly impressed! Chef Carla was extremely professional and the presentation of all three courses was impeccable! The service was phenomenal and when she left my home/kitchen she left it clean and spotless.
