Chicken Sausage Stuffed Red Peppers

Stuffed Red Peppers with Chicken Sausage, Wild Rice, Kale, and Tomato Gravy

Recipe: 1/2lb- ground chicken sausage 1-clove garlic 1/4c-red onion 1/4c-toms 1c- kale pinch g.sage pinch g.fennel pinch g.cumin 1pk- wild grain rice 3-whole red bell pepper cut in half vertical 2-cups of your favorite tomato sauce

Pre-heat your oven at 375 degrees Sautee your chicken sausage, then add the other ingredients (except rice) to sausage. Allow all ingredients to cook together slow. Cook the rice, and when it is almost finished, add it to your sausage mixture. Clean the core out of your bell peppers, leaving enough space to place your stuffing. Stuff peppers. In baking dish pour half of tom sauce in dish, place pepper in sauce, add a little water. Cover and bake for 25mins Use leftover sauce for plating. Enjoy!!!
